And here we are at the end of the album! I hope you enjoyed this little glimpse into the last decade of my life making music. This track was very personal to me, and it only felt right to show a little more vulnerability than I've ever shown before and sing the track myself. I've been uploading since 2011 (!!) on this channel, but this is the first time I've shared this aspect of myself. As a transgender woman, the prospect of people "finding out" what I sound like through recordings has been especially daunting, and while I'm not ashamed of my voice, I think it's the thing I'm most self conscious of - not just in my professional life, but my personal life as well. I've been worried about how everyone would react since I finished the recording session for this track and went back and forth over and over again on whether to include it, but I think over the process of finishing this album this year I ended up feeling like the album wouldn't be whole without it. I'm deeply grateful for the love and support of so many people for the music I've posted on this channel. Thank you so much, everyone.
